INVITATION

AGM, Art Exhibition and Brunch on the Blackwood

Saturday 10 March and Sunday 11 March 2007

To celebrate Bridgetown High School’s 53rd year, the Alumni Association is again holding the annual “Brunch on the Blackwood” on Sunday 11 March at 10am. This will be preceded by the Association’s AGM on Saturday 10 March at 3pm. You are invited to attend the meeting at the High School library, where you can see your old school again, support your association, and catch up with old friends.

An art exhibition will follow the AGM at 5pm, where works of former students will be featured at Bridgetown Pottery and Tearooms (opposite Scott’s Tavern). James MacNeil (class of 1999) is coordinating the exhibition, where you can enjoy complimentary wine and nibbles and marvel at the works of Bridgetown High School’s best ex-student artists.

IF YOU OR ANY EX-STUDENT YOU KNOW WOULD LIKE TO EXHIBIT AT THE EXHIBITION, CONTACT James MacNeil at  maclovenotwar@iinet.net.au

or ring him on 0405 390 371.

The brunch on Sunday morning will be held at historic Bridgedale (next to the bridge on the Blackwood). Here, you can indulge in a fantastic breakfast and enjoy quality music as you catch up with friends and reminisce about old times.

The cost of the brunch is $20.00, which is payable on the day.

Please note that RSVPs are essential for catering purposes for each event.

Please indicate your interest in attending the AGM and / or art exhibition and / or brunch, and RSVP to Rebecca Carney at Rebecca.Carney@det.wa.edu.au, or by calling the school on 9761 0100.

The Alumni Association is very excited about this event and would love to see you there!
